SHIPPING AND DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Zen Publishers provides customized publishing services and electronically delivered assets. Current orders receive digital delivery through email, a designated client room, a secure download area, or another electronic method identified during intake.

PHYSICAL SHIPPING

Current Zen Publishers services include ISBN administration, metadata preparation, Bookland barcode production, QRPlus reader-connection services, publishing-identity bundles, and annual stewardship. These services produce electronic records or digital deliverables. Carrier shipment, postage, and physical tracking remain outside the current service catalog.

ORDER PROCESSING

Service preparation begins after Zen Publishers receives:

• Cleared payment
• Complete intake materials
• Required authorization or publishing agreements
• Approved metadata and destination information
• Any files required for production

An order with missing, conflicting, or unapproved information remains on hold until the required information arrives.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated turnaround times appear on the applicable product page or project agreement. The fulfillment period begins when payment has cleared and all required intake materials have been accepted.

Complex metadata, rights verification, multiple-title orders, customer-requested changes, or third-party processing may extend the estimated schedule. Zen Publishers will communicate material delays through the contact information supplied with the order.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Completed materials may include:

• ISBN confirmation records
• Metadata summaries
• Bookland barcode files
• QRPlus codes and destination information
• Publishing-identity documentation
• Stewardship records or portal-access information

A deliverable is considered delivered when Zen Publishers sends it to the customer’s submitted email address or makes it available through the agreed client-delivery method.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible email address; monitoring order communications; completing requested approvals; downloading delivered materials; and maintaining secure backups.

Customers should review each deliverable promptly. Errors introduced by Zen Publishers should be reported within 14 calendar days after delivery, together with the order number and a clear description of the discrepancy.

DELIVERY ACCESS ISSUES

When a customer experiences difficulty accessing a completed deliverable, Zen Publishers may resend the original file or restore reasonable access after verifying the purchaser and order.

Requests involving revised information, altered publication plans, replacement production, or a newly requested file format may require an additional service or revision fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Digital services may be purchased from eligible locations supported by Shopify and the store’s payment provider. Processing availability, taxes, currency conversion, and regulatory requirements may vary by customer location.

THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING

Some publishing services interact with ISBN agencies, bibliographic databases, printers, distributors, retailers, hosting providers, or QR-management platforms. Their processing schedules, platform requirements, outages, and approval decisions may affect final availability beyond Zen Publishers’ production period.

FUTURE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If Zen Publishers later offers a product requiring physical shipment, the applicable product page will state its shipping cost, service area, processing schedule, carrier method, and estimated transit time before purchase.
